By accessing or using Dequan Snipe at snipe.dequan.xyz ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to use cryptocurrency trading services in your jurisdiction. By using the Service, you represent that you meet these requirements. The Service is not available to residents of jurisdictions where such services are prohibited.

2. Account & Wallet

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your connected wallet(s) and login credentials.
• Custodial wallets provisioned for email/Google sign-in users are managed by Dequan on your behalf. You are responsible for withdrawing funds before closing your account.
• We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these Terms or engage in abusive behavior.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation.
• Attempt to circumvent any rate limits, access controls, or security measures.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure.
• Use automated scripts, bots, or tools to abuse the Service beyond normal trading use.
• Engage in market manipulation or wash trading.

4. Fees

The Service may charge trading fees. Current fee structures are displayed within the platform. Fees are subject to change with reasonable notice.

5. No Financial Advice

The Service provides tools to execute trades on the Solana blockchain. Nothing on the platform constitutes investment advice, financial advice, trading advice, or any other advice. We make no representations about the suitability of any token for trading. You rely on the platform's data feeds at your own risk — market data may be delayed or inaccurate.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, code, trademarks, and branding on the Service are owned by or licensed to Dequan. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

7. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE. BLOCKCHAIN TRANSACTIONS ARE IRREVERSIBLE — WE CANNOT UNDO OR REVERSE A COMPLETED TRADE.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DEQUAN SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS OR FUNDS, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Dequan and its operators from any claims, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time. Upon termination, you are responsible for withdrawing any funds from your custodial wallet before account closure.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in a court of competent jurisdiction.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes will be announced within the platform.
